Witnessing a company being built from the ground up is exciting. Being a part of it is even better. I worked hand in hand with the founder of DanceWorks Boston and DanceWorks New York City to establish the creative vision and execution of her dance companies. From day one, I helped her in all creative endeavors and consulted on many varied business decisions. We grew the company from 7 founding members to 350 performers across the two cities.
