This book was a creative and logistical challenge from the start. More than a cookbook, it combined recipes with crafting, packaging, and storytelling—requiring new workflows and a highly coordinated approach to execution.

Creative Scope & Workflow
With 150 unique food gifts, we developed entirely new systems to concept, test, and execute packaging solutions alongside photography and design. This cross-disciplinary effort involved deep collaboration, extensive research, and creative problem-solving for each individual item.

Propping & Packaging
Each recipe required not just food styling, but also thoughtful presentation and gift packaging. We worked closely across teams to brainstorm and build custom solutions that were both beautiful and practical—amplifying the book’s utility and charm.

Photography & Talent Direction
The photography program was multifaceted: styled food shots, detailed gift setups, and lifestyle portraits of author and stylist Elle. Balancing her dual roles—both behind the scenes and on camera—required careful planning across multiple shoots to capture variety in setting, wardrobe, and tone.
